Zoé International Homecare provides private-pay professional caregivers for the elderly and chronically ill, as well as newborn specialists, to work in the homes of discerning clients, including celebrities, top executives and professional families. Zoé's services have received favorable reviews in publications such as Town & Country magazine.
We understand that trying to set up homecare arrangements can be a very stressful and confusing time for you and your family. For this reason, our professional support staff is available 24/7 to answer any questions you might have, or in some cases, to simply listen.
Our caregivers are available to take care of the elderly and chronically ill, providing a variety of services ranging from regular companionship to skilled nursing care, depending on the nature of each case. They are available to live in or live out, work day or night shifts, or 2x12 shifts. Zoé's goal is to meet the needs of every reservation. In order to accommodate the needs of our clients, we maintain on our roster both male and female caregivers who speak a range of languages: English, Spanish, French, Polish and Russian. For any other languages, such as Yiddish or Cantonese, we require at least one week's advance notice to place a qualified caregiver.
Because our clients matter to us, all applicants are thoroughly screened before sending them out to any client's home—it's an absolute necessity at our agency and we make no exceptions in this matter. All our candidates have previous work experience and are skilled in homecare. We also have candidates that are licensed and certified. Our criteria, however, is not based on professional credentials alone, but on personality also. In addition, a complete criminal background check for convictions is done on every applicant and all references are carefully verified before any candidate is placed on any case, irrespective of who their past employers may have been. The safety and well-being of our clients is always paramount on our minds.
